    Funnels - I also live bread and rice and rice noodles. Not a huge pasta fan, though!

    I am struggling to not snack. I eat the meals on the plan, but I have no willpower and I don't know why it's gone.

    I feel fat and horrible. I am going my exercises. That is not a problem. I love going to the gym. I do 5-6 sessions a week.

    Snacking's ok though! I guess it just depends on what you're choosing to snack on. I think as long as you're exercising and drinking lots of water you need to listen to your body when you're breastfeeding. And go easy on yourself too :-)

    My snacking choices are not great

    I find it too time consuming to bake all the snacks whilst cooking all 3 meals a lot of the time, looking after 3 kids (none of which are in school yet) go to the gym, have a life etc.

    I do the 3 main meals. I find a piece if fruit, corn thins and yoghurt are my main choices. Today I ate 2 cookies

    Have put on 500g and am happy I have. I need the kick up the butt to get back on track. Have told DH I need to be pushed to exercise so he is prob going to annoy me now till I do it. Ha

    Have stopped feeding nearly 8month old DS overnight so I assume I should drop calories too as he is only having 4 feeds a day now instead of about 6.

    You are fantastic bigred! I really look up to you dôing all your exercise and cooking with 3 kids, don't try and be superwoman! We all have setbacks but you're a legend :-) xoxoxo

    I lost 200g this week, pretty dismal but I'm also snacking and finding exercise tough when I'm tired and have a cold. A least it's a loss
