    Good job SPG. I did Earn Your Burn today which was my first one for ages and I feel good. 7 kgs down so far all together and I haven't even been working that hard yet... It's nice to have this thread to come back to and help me realise we are all human and it's ok to lapse and to be interrupted by real life now and again.

    Just wanted to pat myself on the back, really tired today because ds woke up super early. Could've had a nap this arvo when he did but did workout video instead. Feel so good now, and not as tired.

    But don't ask me about the slice of pizza and m&ms I had last night. :-(

    Hi ladies- just popping in to say have read the thread from start to finish as I plan on doing round 4 in November. You're all doing so well- I think what you can see is if you have a bad meal or day, you get back on the horse- well done!

    Thanks for taking pics of meals also- good to know what to expect

    Think by the time I start my round, you will be svelte

    Well I am still enjoying the exercise regime but I am snacking too much. I find I am quite hungry. I'm breast feeding and on 1500 calories. I need to keep much more busy. I find my baby's afternoon nap and evenings the hardest.

    Today I did the crazy cards as I didn't take a deck of cards to the gym last week. I really enjoyed it.

    Hi everyone! Hope you enjoyed your rest day... I just popped in to say the beef and broccolini stir fry is yummy, and I finally made successful Anzac biscuits, although the bottoms still burned but the rest is perfect. I'm still doing ok but cannot walk into a supermarket without leaving with a pack(s) of jersey caramels. I don't even enjoy them any more! Habit is so strong... So, home delivery it is for me for a while...

    Almost halfway!

    Good ss effort big red and I totally understand you re the jersey caramels mrsharvey although my weakness is chocolate milk.

    I'm having a rest day today as I didn't have one yesterday and I have a sore throat. :-( just made a huge batch of the asparagus and sweet potato soup to last us a few days for lunches. I'm finding it difficult to get out of the habit of having bread with soup and rice with curries. I'm a it of a carb queen.

    Yes, BRV! So annoyed! There's a lot wrong with that website, I reckon...

    Funnels, I had forgotten about chocolate milk. Sigh. And strawberry milk. And iced coffee. Best stay out of shops all together I think...
