I am still crap. I had an rdo today and the plan was head out early, have a fun morning out with dd then home to get my life in order so I can focus on exercise etc. We got home at 4.30. I suck so much.....and I had a hamburger and an ice cream....and a macaron. Oh god, shoot me now!
Im not doing so great. This sux. Can I blame the crap weather. It stops me from exercising and keeps me indoors which leads me to eat:thumbdown:

I only exercised once last week, so I am getting back on that train. I've been learning how much of an emotional eater I really am, and I'm trying so hard to get past that.
Hi guys, I have had a crap week last week also! Determined to do all my workouts and stick to the meal plan just like its week one again.
Only lost 200g this week, still happy but disappointed in myself for getting slack.
Big motivation vibes to all :-)
No scales here as I'm on holiday and not doing strict eating but have chosen yoghurt over bacon eggs at breakfast and chicken salad over fish n chips - which is 100% better than I'd have done a month ago.
Sitting watching dolphins swim past with a herbal tea...wine will come later no doubt eeeek
