    I had a bad week last week. Exercise just didn't happen for me but I was not too bad with diet. I just have to come to terms with the fact that I can't always work an hour of exercise into my day but that doesn't mean do nothing. I also have to try and get my husband motivated to make healthier choices for himself.

    Feeling like I've had a bit of a setback after the weekend. I've undone all the weeks good work by having a blowout. I'm scared of the scales on Wednesday.

    Thankfully my battery has gone flat in my scales. I don't know why I'm failing so badly at this. The food is amazing - I've lost 25kg in the past but I'm eating mindlessly and going out of my way to do so

    I've got 5 weeks until my surgery. I want to be the healthiest I can to give me strength during recovery. I'll lose 5kg minimum just from the surgery but I want to lose a bit in a heathy way before then. I'm going to try commit myself to these next 5 weeks. I'm beyond disappointed with myself.

    Im 2 kg off my weight mark but heres where I have to keep going. Heres where I normally go oh well im doing great and put it all back on. AF has arrived so I doubt ill exercise today and tomorow but I must stick to the diet argh!!! And I will!!!!

    Think of the money spent girls. That puts me back on track pretty quick. Monday to Fridays are strict for me I don't mind letting go a little on weekends.....

    Come on girls fresh start, fresh week let's jump back on

    I've lost motivation not with exercise but eating. I have followed the meals but too many snacks.


    On a lighter note, my favourite meal so far is baked fish and sweet potato chips. Yum! What's yours?
