I feel like after making a bad decision yesterday I turned it around. I had a chokito (OMG!!) so I just had steamed broccoli with soy sauce for dinner and went to the gym for body pump when I wasn't planning on going. Not something I want to make a habit of but I'm glad I didn't just write off dinner too!!
Today I've actually got a kid free day!! So I'm going to make the most if it by getting all my little loose ends sorted and I'm also going to organise my menu for next week. Might even head to the gym for a weights/cardio session plus I'm going there this arvo with a friend for body combat.
