I've fallen off wagon today. We had the beef and Guinness pie, but we had ice cream for dessert. I also ate a chocolate (or 2) as I got my husband an Irish hamper with Irish chips, soft drink, biscuits, chocolates etc.

I was like this on Saturday :/ Jumped back on board again today though. Just wipe the slate clean and start again

Just made the banana bread. Only had one loaf tin so I halved the mixture and still made the 16 serves. Smells delicious but I think my oven is a bit silly. I didn't even have it in there the whole time and it started kind of burning.

Oh yes what a good idea. Can I have new boobs too? They are shattered after being pregnant.

Oh well I hope you enjoyed it all. The hamper is a lovely idea. My 'snacks' today consisted of half a bottle of champagne. I'm pretty sure that equates to a big stuff up too!

I found today's workout video very difficult to do without a step. I sort of gàve up halfway through and went for a jog instead. I've done loads of step classes before so don't usually find it hard but don't have a step at home. Wish we were told earlier to buy a step then I would've been prepared.

You ladies are all doing so well!
AFM I had a few bites of the beef stroganoff then made a toasted cheese sand which but everything just makes me feel sick :-( so the next few weeks will be hit and miss I think, but Dh is keen to keep going so it isn't a complete waste at least.

I felt like that yesterday after a binge on Sunday night. Wine, chips and dip to be precise!
I did vomit eventually but felt horrible all day
I hope you feel better soon
