I couldn't find them in woollies or cokes today either!!! I had to buy mini whole meal wraps instead. Can anyone tell me how many calories the pita bread is so I can compare??

Hi everyone! Finally sitting down to my strog. I've never eaten one before so I don't know how authentic it is but it's nice. Actually, it's not authentic at all, because I loathe mushrooms so I subbed in zucchini. Does anyone have another ideas for a good veggie to sub in? It's morning I confirmed my hatred for Bircher muesli. Bleccch!! But I made myself get through most of it. I enjoyed the antipasto pocket too. I got my pita pockets from Woolies but they're mini ones. I don't have the packet any more, sorry, or else I could tell you the details. Got my workout in too!

I've decided by Week 4 I'm going to go for all intermediate and advanced moves... Eek! My floor work is terrible but I'm getting there. I also can't really jump because of the size of breastfeeding b00bs. Hmm...maybe I should get a sports bra! Nice to catch up on how you're all going...

I got bazaar pockets and they are 757kj, so roughly 185 calls each, but I think the recipes are all half a pocket per serve.

Food land herè in sa has so many pita breads, maybe we took them all? :-)

That's a brave goal mrsharvey, good on you! I had a laugh about your jumping issues though. I'm not bfing but still have issues because of the sad deflated girls.

Ha! I can't jump due to bf boobs and useless pelvic floor! Those burpees were hard work I didn't know where to hold. Ha!

The apple ricotta toast was great:

    ImageUploadedByTapatalk1377598236.722427.jpg

Still waiting to finish cooking tea while my son lies in his crib and practices clapping. Sigh.

Lunch was leftover strog from last night.

Did my SSS today and really overdid it. I'm so glad tomorrow is my rest day! If I ever meet Michelle I'm gonna tell her where to stick her fast feet and her tricep dips...

Haha!! That made me laugh I did my first RPM class ever today. I felt great afterwards.

Is the apple ricotta only one piece of toast?? I've gone back and reread the banana bruschetta 3 times to to make sure it's two slices of bread!!! Soooo yummy this food
