    Im out for a few days I was doing so well but right now I can barely walk let alone exercise. I have an egg collection Tuesday morning so ill stick to the eating plan and then back on the exercise once I am mobile again. Hoping by WED...feels like my ovaries have lead in them.

    *sigh* oh the timing.

    Looks like its a 10wbt for me

    Sometimes when you eat things you're not supposed to can take a few days to react with your body.

    Did you do your measurements? You might find you are losing cm rather than kg.

    I lost 700 gm's overnight and 8cm's all over so I know it's working. 3kg 's down in two weeks ... I'm stoked with that.

    Thanks again for taking the time to write that out. I should have added that I do three days of toning and strengthening as per my exercise plan on top of the walking and the Zumba.

    Ok - new weigh in starting weight 68.9kg. That means I've actually lost 1.3kg no on the program!! Lol

    Looking forward to being back on track

    BigRedV - you are really motivating. I've just done a Michelle workout infront of TV keeping in mind your line of burning fat after its finished
