I've finally gotten over my sickness and moved house (both of which were a bit hard to plan/cook with).
Weighed myself yesterday and I've still lost 0.7kg so I'm sitting on 69.2kg.
I've got some meat/veg I want to use up so I'll have healthy type meals over the weekend then straight back into 12wbt Monday. I've really picked the worst round to do this timing wise. I'm booked in for my jaw surgery on 14 Oct so I'll be eating from a syringe for 7 weeks after that. I'm going to print off every recipe so I have it for reference and I can do it again properly after I recover. So it's really like the 6wbt for me. I'll lose weight just from the surgery but I want to give this a good go leading up to it anyway. If I can get to 65kg by OP time I'll be happy (that's only 4.2kg in 6 weeks).
