    I had a red flag day today.

    I was going to my friend's house for a catch up and I told her I would supply lunch. I took over stuff to make ham and salad sandwiches and she had rice crackers and dip and cake for morning tea. I did have some but have had a tiny dinner so hopefully I don't put too much weight on.

    OK, so I have just gone through the menu for next week and worked out my snacks. My husband is Irish and is going to be so excited about beef and guinness pie on father's day. LOL

    I am just printing out my exercise program for next week

    Has anyone else watched the body image video yet? I found some of it quite good. I wonder what someone else would say about my naked body vs what I say to myself. Sorry, I just feel my worst when undressing, don't worry I'm not going to pôst a naked pic, pretty sure that's not allowed :-)

    I had the green tofu curry tonight, really good. Saved some snack calories for rice to have with it.

    Looking forward to the Greek eggplant bake next week.

    Its 9pm and dh is out, my red flag time to binge eat at night!

    Funnels - I haven't watched any videos. I know they would probably help.

    I find it time consuming enough to look at menu and exercise plans, customise and print out, then work out snacks etc.

    Hi all! I agree - menu looks great this week. Started the new step video tonight but DS cried halfway through and still won't let me put him down. It was fun but not that taxing. I might do two workouts tomorrow.

    BRV my beef and guiness pie was massive failure. I don't think there's enough flour in the recipe because after two hours in the oven the sauce hadn't reduced at all. But your stuff always turns out better than mine so we'll see! Haven't had time to order my shopping yet, and I'm over it to be honest. My small loss really demotivated me :-(

    Did you do your measurements as a preseason task?

    When I was doing my challenge earlier in the year, I plateaued for about a month, not really losing much on the scales, but I lost 24cm over my body.

    Keep going, you are much healthier now than before.

    MRS HARVEY please don't give up!!!! You are doing so well! I find it hard to get the exercise done because of ds too but I figure some exercise is better than none at all which is what I was like before this.

    I agree with bigred, your measurements might surprise you. How about all the other good things that you've done this week? Xxx
