    I lost 1kg last week's weigh in so will be interested to see what tomorrow morning will be. I purchased new scales (fitbit aria) yesterday but I can't get them to setup to my wifi so I'll stick with my old ones while I wait for the support team to reply to my email.
    How is everyone going with food?
    I've got a red flag this weekend, my DH is taking me away Saturday night (DS is getting looked after by my mum) and the place comes with a 3 course dinner and buffet breakfast, it's going to be so hard not to try everything!!

    Well im a tad behind now but thats okay. Ive stuck to everything 100 percent today about to train and I will post my pics after dinner. Loved my toastie for lunch but I replaced the eggplant for spinach.

    Omg just had the pesto pasta with roast tomatoes and pumpkin. It's amazing.

    Make it!!!! It's def going on the menu for next week.

    Funnels - I am probably one of the very few people in the world who doesn't like pesto

    I'm currently baking banana bread. The recipe doesn't say to beat it, now I know why. It's to give your arms and core a workout while trying to mix I will post a pic when it's finished.

    Ok heres my day -
    Banana bruschetta yum!
    The Toastie
    Cauliflower Soup w/yoghurt

    I added honey to my breaky thinking I was allowed oops. The toastie was spinach rather than eggplant and pesto and dinner I added croutons to my soup rather than a slice of bread. I can't imagine pesto in a toastie a bit to strong for my liking

    Ive had 1 cacao bite and about 6 grapes as snacks.

    The exercise really helped today. I only want to eat well when I train. :thumbup:

    No weigh in for me ill start next week.
