Funnels - calorie wise, I would say a lite beer shandy.

ETA - with lite lemonade of course

This Friday is going to be tough for me. Have a girls night out at an all you can at buffet and probably drinks after. Obviously that's going to be my great meał!

Does anyone know what the best alcoholic drink choice might be?
Vodka, soda with lime (from the fruit, not juice) only about 30 cals

Ill probably stick with the salad side of the buffet and maybe some seafood. Will be a real test of strength to walk past he soft serve machine and hot donuts.

Light beer sounds good, it's hard to find lite lemonade at pubs though.

    I have been good today.

I had a piece of dark choc after dinner. Yuck. Won't be having that again.

I also haven't had a diet coke today. This is huge for me. I don't drink tea or coffee so it's my thing.

Really? I love dark chocolate! Well done on the no diet coke. I get it. I'm a zero girl myself, but that's my next hurdle...

Beef and guiness pie fail here tonight. Well, haven't eaten them yet, but we had the filling in the oven for two hours, which is twice as long as in the recipe, and the sauce hasn't thickened in the slightest. So, we got rid of most of the juice.

Is anyone finding the cooking times are way out? Or is it just our terrible oven? It's frustrating.

Got through a Michelle workout last night with no stopping. I modified a couple of things, but still, in one week I'm pretty proud of that improvement.

Funnels, how was the tart? I'm interested in that one. And great loss, FTM. Keep it up everyone!

The choc tart was ok. Not what I imagined but nice. It's very eggy and fluffier than the picture. Must like custard flavour.

I had the buckwheat noodle salad for tea. Really really fresh and crunchy loved it.
