I hope things pick up for you LoCo. One thing I've found about this is that even in one week I've felt so much better mentally. It's the first thing I've done for myself for a long time. We'll all be thinking of you tomorrow...
Thank you so much. Cant wait to feel better:thumbup:

What has everyone chosen for snacks this week? I've decided to get super organised and going to make frozen yoghurt. Hope it's nice.

I don't know about snacks yet. But I did my food shopping today and it was so hard to walk past all the chocolate that was on sale!! But I was good and didn't get any.

Tonight I made the Cajun chicken with sweet potato chips yum! I think I have been living under a rock, sweet potato chips are sssooooooooooo yummy :-)

How did everyone go over the weekend? I'm determined to work harder with my exercises this week.

I want to be even more strict with my eating this week. That's my goal and that's why I've done a list of snacks.

Anyway, my kids are now asleep, so I am off to make the frozen yoghurt

Snacks this week will be fruit, yoghurt (Forme no fat), multigrain rice crackers with salsa, ricotta honey & almond crunch, corn thins, almonds. I've been fairly good with my snacks. Last week I was having a chocolate bar every day, this week I've had a total of 4 pieces of 85% Lindt dark chocolate and haven't gone over my 1200 cals per day. My water has increased heaps from 1200-1500mls to 2000-2300mls per day. My exercise isn't super great but I'm sure each week it will increase.

What is everyone having for dinners for week 2??
I've customised mine. Monday is prawn & feta pizza. Tuesday is hot dogs with crunchy slaw. Wednesday is sausages with mash & balsamic onions. Thursday is beef with creamy mustard & mushroom sauce. Friday is lamb cutlets with spiced rice. Saturday is chicken with mustard sauce, roast tomatoes & asparagus. Sunday is beef & red wine stew.

Anyone got any red flag days coming? It's my birthday in just over a week and I'm fairly scared of the day as I know the girls at work will organise a cake.

Ooh...frozen yoghurt, you say? That sounds so good. This week I did those Anzac 'biscuits' but I'll give most of them to hubby I think, cos I can't work out the cals. I might try the picnic pie, although I'm going pretty well with no snacks and my post workout choccy hit.

My goal for this week is to up the water. Weighin will be interesting. My jeans feel better, but they may just need a wash 😜.

Here's tonight's Cajun Chicken (haven't eaten yet) and 'wedges':

I'm having yogurt, fruit, corn thins or hummus and veg sticks. I'd love the honey almond crunch but forgot to buy the right crackers.

Tonight I had soy like tofu wraps, really nice. I'm enjoying all the fresh herbs in stuff.

This Friday is going to be tough for me. Have a girls night out at an all you can at buffet and probably drinks after. Obviously that's going to be my great meał!

Does anyone know what the best alcoholic drink choice might be?
