I'm not having a treat meal as I have leftovers, but I'm currently in the (slow) process of making Anzac biscuits. I'm using wholemeal flour and adding a good dollop of natural vanilla.
I'll have two with a cup of milk instead of snacks and I still get my chocolate! I'm having a bit of trouble with rolling the mixture because it's not binding very well. I've never made biscuits before so I'll see how they turn out, but I will post photos later. Speaking of photos, post away ladies! I want to see all of your food!
