Yeah big red I'm a bit nervous about super Saturday! I really liked the yoga workout video today though. It sort of felt like a relax day although I know I worked hard on it.

I like polenta but it ain't no potato mash :-)

Maybe I did it wrong. I think added the polenta too quickly and it was a bit lumpy.

    Tonight's chunky veggie pies.

    I'm feeling nervous about tomorrow...eek!

Apart from that, feeling great. I'm loving the fact that I've found a way to have chocolate every day, too...

How can u have chocolate every day?

I can't. I can't have anything in the house or I eat it all at once. It's all or nothing for me.

I'm having the chocolate and herbal tea as a dessert post workout and just having one snack. I'm usually all or nothing too, but when my head's in the right place I can do it. I find I'm far less likely to wreck it all and have a massive binge if I do this.

We had the hot dogs tonight. They were scrummy. I don't think my sausages were as low fat as they might have been but they actually tasted and had a texture like they had real beef in them.

I have looked at the SSS plan for beginner for tomorrow and I feel less nervous about it.

The at home workout for Saturday is the same video as Monday. So much for super Saturday! Sort of expected more. It's supposed to be longer and harder.

What yummy recipes has everyone found?

I didn't know all these yummy things like chocolate and Anzac biscuits were there. I've just gone and had a look and some sound delicious!

    Cacao fudge bites sound yum.

Well I've discovered yoga isn't my thing! That Bend It Like Bridges vid is way too hard for newbies. By the time I found the pose she was into the next one. And I never want to hear the words 'step forward into downward facing dog' again in my life!

BRV I can't wait to try the cacao fudge bites but I'm scared I'll eat them all! I'm trying the buttermilk pancakes next week, and I think I will try the Anzacs. How was your picnic pie?

Pretty much everything I've eaten has been really nice, but I might need to add a bit more seasoning to some things. Are we allowed salt? My favourite so far has been the hot dogs, the wholemeal tuna spaghetti and the chunky veggie pies.
