    What don't you like?

I didn't think I would like the sticky beef with slaw but it was delicious.

Is it wrong to now just have steamed veg for dinner to try and even out the calories?
No. I did the same. Ate something I shouldn't have and had a piece of the pie I made for dinner instead.

Wholemeal pasta with tuna, lemon, zucchini, cherry tomatoes and goat's cheese. Very nice!

siesmum - I am a little disappointed with the menu next week as well and have already changed a lot around. I tried to choose similar dishes.

I quite like the menu but changed the breakfasts around to be simple and easy to prepare. I don't have time in the morning for fancy stuff.

LOVED the polenta w roast veg tonight. Didnt have eggplant so used sweet potato

Well I've read, swapped, customised, printed and whatever else so I'm all set for next week.

I didn't even know you could customise so easily but I guess I haven't been on properly this week. Love next weeks food. Cant wait for my toasted sandwich

If you had a loss with both weigh ins on your old scales you still may have had a loss. Just go by the new scales from now on ... But I wouldn't discount your loss so far
