So I caved today thanks to my intense craving and I had a caramello chocolate bar
On the plus side though, I did an extra half hour of Zumba on my rest day to make up for it.

Mrsharvey a loss is a loss no matter what
Eeekkkk!!! Oh well good on you for the extra exercise. If you look in the dessert section I'm pretty sure I saw dark choc. Maybe you could swap that for a snack so it's still in your calories if you get another choc attack??

    Thanks for that
AF is due so it's a killer craving! I must give in to it or it gets progressively worse
Don't have to worry about it until next month now ..

I just calculated that I burned 398 calories with Zumba today and the chocolate bar was 250 so I don't feel so bad now
It was my rest day after all ..

My hot dog with crunchy slaw (changed to just mixed salad) which I'm about to eat for tea...

    Last night's creamy pasta bake.

I realised today I'm doing the 1500, not the 1700, and not using my full snack intake, so no wonder I've been hungry. Today was better though. My new trick of doubling the size of the salad bowl, drinking the massive glass of water and halving the dinner plate is working well. I'm thinking of having my rest day tonight though - thinking rest day on weigh in night might be the way to go...

Tonight's project is to download and print off all the recipes...or is that naughty?

How did you manage to only do 1500 and be breast feeding? I wanted to do 1500 but as soon as I ticked that I'm breast feeding it automatically changed to 1700.

You can change it under My Account--Settings--um...My Program, I think! You'll find it. Then I just clicked on the 1500 and hit save.
