I just calculated that I burned 398 calories with Zumba today and the chocolate bar was 250 so I don't feel so bad now
It was my rest day after all ..
Chin up and back on bandwagon tomorrow.

Last night's creamy pasta bake.
I realised today I'm doing the 1500, not the 1700, and not using my full snack intake, so no wonder I've been hungry. Today was better though. My new trick of doubling the size of the salad bowl, drinking the massive glass of water and halving the dinner plate is working well. I'm thinking of having my rest day tonight though - thinking rest day on weigh in night might be the way to go...
Tonight's project is to download and print off all the recipes...or is that naughty?
