You burn sooo many calories BFing though so don't stress

Also, check our your BMR (you can find a calculator through google)... Your BMR is what you burn just "living" so sleeping, breathing etc before you even factor in movement, so once you know that it's easy to gauge how much you really can eat

For example my BMR is 1400 so I can eat 1400 calories a day and maintain my weight, but if I work out then I can add more food in, where as if I wanted to start losing I'd just up the exercise/calorie expenditure or lower my cals

I'm doing 1700 because I'm breastfeeding and I walk 2.5 hours a day at a minimum, but I agree, I almost lost my supply going too low cal a couple of months ago. I'm trying not to stress about cals and just make sure I don't starve... I just did Mish On Possible. Although 'did' is an overstatement! So hard.

Hi girls the food was easy today because im still not hungry. Still spending a lot of time with family and organising funeral etc.

I did the workout when DD napped today it was a good feeling. Cant wait to really get into it. I love her workouts.

Ill be back on the ball as soon as this initial heartache eases a tad, but im trying to stick to as much as I can.

You girls are going so well!!!

What's a good day for weigh ins? Are we doing that?

Oh loco - so hard to try something new when you are heartbroken hang in there x

AFM - I'm sure my scales are wrong. Says I'm down 2.3kg! I had the Facebook update saying to weigh today and update stats.
I weighed myself 3 times after wee'ing and bfeeding DS.
I think I'll up my calories to 1700 as you said Anjalee so I don't have issues

Yep. I've lost 1kg in 2 days. I hate obsessing over the scales I had a month off from jumping in scales.

...and this is why I hate scales. Only lost 200g (although haven't done a BM since Monday, sorry for TMI), and then I feel like I haven't achieved anything compared to other people. Then I think well maybe I should go down to the next lowest calories, but that's not sensible. Maybe in a few weeks I will. Then I think well what's the point of doing this for not much return? Even though it's only been two days. Love my brain. So, I'm telling myself a loss is a loss is a loss.

Well done you three ladies - great losses! I hope to join you soon...
