I don't weigh. I figure my diet has been so terrible the last month that my body will be shocked by no rubbish food, lol. If I plateau then I will be more strict.

Dinner was actually delicious. I wasn't too keen on the slaw before I ate it, but it was yummy!

That's how I feel about exercising tonight. I'm battling myself, cos I've been for two massive walks today and I'm starving (haven't cooked tea yet, though...), and the thought of working out later then being hungry overnight is stressing me out. I feel like the drop in calories has been enough of a shock for my body today. But then I make too many excuses for myself...

Talk about testing your resolve!!!!! It is nearly 7pm, we haven't eaten (beef is marinating) and I haven't done a scrap of exercise. I went to work today and DD had a Dr's appointment at 5.30pm then had to go the the chemist to get her prescription. Gah. So while my beef is in the pan I will chuck on my work out clothes and get stuck in after dinner has gone down.

This is my most difficult time of the day. The evening when the kids are in bed and I go fossicking. Not that there's much as I don't keep any junk food in house.

    Sorry for your loss LoCo.

I think I did ok today with food. I had 2 litres of water and I feel like I went the toilet all day.

For breakfast I had 2 weekbix, 1/4 low fat milk, cup of sliced banana. For morning tea I had 100g of low fat natural yoghurt with a cup of strawberries. For lunch I had the ham and salad wrap. For afternoon tea I had a banana and 10 almonds. For dinner I'm having the BBQ beef with slaw - not sure how I feel about it.

My exercise today was a personal training session at gym, I'm so tired and sore now.

What's everyone having tomorrow to eat?

I am having baked beans on toast, then I am having a wrap for lunch as no leftovers. For dinner I am changing Tuesday and Wednesday around. Tomorrow I will have the chickpea pie for dinner as I work Wednesdays and will have the tuna spaghetti on Wednesday as it is quicker and easier to cook.

Tomorrow I do body balance in the morning and then a session with my trainer.

Made this creamy cauliflower soup for dinner. I was so excited about the bread- took a bite, killed my throat and ditched the rest so just soup for me ... Again

I just did the Earn Your Burn workout. I have never been so desperate for my baby to wake up and interrupt me!

Boys and me I'm so impressed at you doing this when you're sick...

Well I figure I have to eat something... May as well have this. I couldn't finish that whole soup. It's not really my thing. Think I'll just stick to the chicken noodle soup tomorrow.
