    Did the workout video this morning too and really liked it. However it seems I fit more into the beginner category!

    Anyone know about weigh ins? Are we prompted to do them?

    Hi everyone, Im a new member and have just started the 12wbt today too... looking for support and inspiration!

    Im using this round to get healthy and lose a few kilos and give me another focus as I start IVF next month for baby # 2... fingers crossed.

    How is everyone's day? I didn't like the muesli this morning with grated apple. Next time it comes up, I would just eat the muesli plain and eat the apple separately as the apple didn't go with milk.

    Lunch was nice. The beef and salad wrap. Must say dinner doesn't sound too exciting, but will wait and see

    I've been good today - thought I'd be tempted whilst coffee'ing with friends but had a peppermint tea!
    I've made sweet potato & eggplant ricotta lasagne. Looks, smells delicious, lets hope it tastes as good.
    Exercise done and my stomach is rumbling!

    Going well so far: banana bread and ham, cheese and salad wrap. My snack is ricotta/honey crunch and tea is going to be Wholemeal pasta with ricotta, tomato and basil sauce. Can't work out til after DS is in bed. That's going to be the tough bit for me. But yeah, traveling ok so far...

    Oh and I didn't measure my 1 g of cinnamon. I figured it was just a sprinkle

    Yeah nice. It's under the dairy snacks. I can have three with my leftover calories so I'm spreading them throughout the day...
