You could always use the meal tomorrow as your "treat" meal instead of Saturday night treat and cook the tonight's meal on Saturday!
So, does everyone record their weight now and then weigh in Wednesday? How does it work? I've seen 12wbt on Facebook and they always weigh in Wednesday.

I too had muesli and only weighed myself this morning (bought scales yesterday)....which I'm sure are wrong. Ha- how can I weigh that much and not notice!!! So glad we've started this together. Good lunch ladies! X
I did the workout video this morning which I found really good, lots of breaks and she doesn't mind if you stop half way through as long as you get back into it.
I had the baked beans on toast as I don't like museli, also going to swap tonight's dinner with tomorrow's.
I joined up on the weekend too. I'm starting with the 1500, because any time my calories get too low my son starts cluster feeding. I've done heaps of meal subs too. I'm not that big of a meat eater and I love my carbs. I'm about to weigh in - eek!!
I haven't done the fitness test yet - I'll have to try and find some time and energy today. Good luck everyone!
Well I've made my breakfast banana smoothie. To be honest I'd prefer it without the added muesli but it'll help keep me fuller for longer. This pic is for you LoCo

I'm going to make both my soups for lunch and dinner this morning while I have the energy. They also serve 4 so I'll just freeze the other 3 servings of each. It'll be good to have 6 meals premade then.
Weighed in at 69.9kg. Lucky I did a wee first or I'd be in the 70s for sure!!!

Ill have to start tomorow my grandfather passed away last night so im not hungry or able to exercise. Ill be fine by tomorow as diet and exercise will take my mind of the pain. Good luck today girls ill be back. Xx
