    Does she have a pregnancy plan?

    I need to keep my weight gain to a minimum this pregnancy (still carrying 15 kg from last one!!) - I thought this may be a way to do that???

    Has anyone done the 12wbt while pregnant??

    I joined yesterday. I'm very nervous about it but excited at the same time. Has anyone done the fitness test yet? I'm going to do mine on Saturday.

    I haven't done the fitness test yet.

    I've just gone and signed for a new rental so will be moving house week two - eekk!!

    Hi . I've just joined up for the12wbt ......

    A quick question about the pantry - I was just looking at the muesli that I have for breakfast. The website says max 1.5g fat/200 cal but my muesli is 5g fat/189 calories. Does that mean it has to go? (I really love my muesli...but I will give it up if i have to.)

    Hmm but if yours is less calories so 189 and the limit is 200 it would be okay right? Her program runs off calories?

    Thanks. I'm scared and excited. I'm mostly worried about fitting in the exercise. I am back working full time and I'm not getting enough sleep as it is so I am going to have to get myself very well sorted.

    I'm really worried about the exercise too, I'm exhausted by the end of the day, it's often 9pm before both kids are in bed asleep and they don't reliably sleep during the day and almost never at the same time! But actually I think it could be good for organisation!

    I realised I didn't actually know my weight so I just got on the scales.......faaaaaark. I got really panicked and went "OMG, I've got to do something about this" but then I took a deep breath and realised that I have already taken a step by signing up to 12wbt. Bloody hell , bring it on!
