You could find the recipes you like and tweak them, and then put together your own 1200 cal diet using my fitness pal or something. I never followed the meal plan exactly- I didn't have time to faff around with fancy breakfasts. So I stuck with my regular breakfasts (generally porridge or eggs or avo and tomato on toast), picked the dinners I liked and my family would eat, then put them into my fitness pal and organised my lunches and snacks on what calories I had left. But you won't find many recipes that don't have 2 out of meat/eggs/dairy. So that would be swapping out 2 ingredients most meals.

There's a vegetarian option now, so could be tweaked for vegan I guess.

I've just switched the plan to vegetarian out of interest and there's hardly any dairy.

The first breakfast is muesli with yoghurt, but the other meals have no dairy.

Here's an example of a vegetarian day. I will delete later as it is copyright.

Are you positive you've saved it properly?? I swapped the two tuna meals as I really can't stand it and decided not to even try and it transferred my new recipes and deleted the old onto my shopping list.

Looking at my shopping list (and there's only me - the kids will eat differently) I think I might have to sit down and repeat a few meals through the week. I might go through and print off each recipe anyway so I have them but I think I'll have too much wastage otherwise.

Anyone who's done it before did you waste a lot??

Yep. Just went and checked and they have saved. The only reason I realised is eggplant came up on shopping list, which is the meal I changed.

Oh no!! That sucks!! I got rid of my tuna ones and now there's no tuna on my shopping list. Not sure why yours isn't working.
