    Good luck girls. Ive just finished my second round and lost 17kg all up. Giving round 3 a miss to see if I can hack it on my own.
    Just some words of wisdom - make sure you do all of the preseason tasks, it really helps get you in the mindset .. Also visit the forums. There a lot of local 12wbt groups on Facebook ... Not bias at all but the 'perth crew' and NOR groups for WA are full of wonderful and supportive people!!
