I wasn't fussed about king size but DH is 6'3" and has always wanted one but room size wouldn't allow it. Bought a new house and the day we signed contract he bought a king size which was delivered the day after we moved in
    It's fantastic!!

We bought a king bed for a few reasons. Our two eldest bubbies love a cuddle in our bed in the morning on the weekends. I feed DD2 in bed with us overnight and she often co sleeps as Im too lazy (and cold) to put her back in the cot. It also means DH or I can get out of bed without waking/interrupting the other. Best purchase ever

We have a king, with a 16 Month old and 4.5 year old and we often end up 4 in the bed and it's great. It's still a bit snuggly because there's always someone sleeping star fish, but we all have room to get comfy. And I can move little people away from me if I want to sleep without one touching me.

I kid you not I just fell off the bed immediately after posting that, I moved to put my phone on the charger, misjudged where I was on the bed and slipped off. After saying how much room we have, I really do still sleep right on the edge of the bed out of habit.

Lol babychino, I sleep close to the edge too!

Does your 16m go in their cot at the start of the night, but end up in your bed during?

Yeah, she usually goes to her bed until about midnight. 4 year old gets into out bed usually at the crack of dawn and snuggles in.
