    It's been a while since I had wazza's list of supps which will have all the correct dosages. Hopefully someone on the Brisbane thread can help?

    Aloe Vera Juice 20 mls @ night, Zinc 40mgs, > 10 pumpkin seeds, Folic Acid 5mgs, Gogi Berries, Selenium 100mcg.

    Me

    Folic Acid 5mg Megafol brand, 1 Berocca, Fish Oil 1000mgs, Zinc 40mgs, Vitamin E 500mgs (1000iui), Coenzyme Q10 200-400mg, low dose aspirin 100mg.

    All are taken once daily, I take in the morning.

    Good luck.

    A couple of months before my egg collection I started to eat healthy ie cutting down on junk food chocolate etc. I found this seemed to make my cycles more regular ie 28 days previously my cycles were all over the place from 35-40+ days. So I think this could have helped regulate hormones. Good luck with your ivf journey.

    Thanks Jontu! I'm afraid to say I'm such a junk freak - I can't say no to ice cream or chocolates!! (but trying my hardest)
