Default Kid Friendly Hot Meal Ideas to Serve at Lunch

I'm considering serving our 'hot' meal of the day at lunch time, to DD1 and DD2 (3.5yo and 2yo), and then reheating (or cooking something else) for DH and I for dinner, and giving the girls a hearty snack. So, I'm after some healthy and hearty (and easy) meal ideas that I can start with. I enjoy cooking and preparing meals, so I'm willing to try a range of meals.

So far I have thought of risotto, soups, and the usual, bangers and mash, spag bol, lasagne, burgers...

    Thanks!
