Like the title says I am looking for healthy meal ideas. I have bought endless amounts of cook books but sometimes that food doesn't seem like every day home cooking. Would love to shed some weight and want some new recipes to try.
Thought it would be good to share meal ideas and or recipes of what normal people eat everyday. Hopefully this thread will inspire others that are looking to eat healthier as well
