booboo hope you are ok with the synarel. I've had a few headaches but I haven't found it that bad. The most annoying part is it makes me want to sneeze, so I have to hold my nose for ages afterwards, lol.

Hope - there's definitely a line there, that is so exciting!

AFM - my scan went well today. It didn't hurt much at all - just a tiny twinge when he first inserted it but after that it was fine. It wasn't even that uncomfortable. He saw 15 follies! That's awesome news for us given we need to do PGD & half of them will probably have the genetic disorder. Hoping I don't get hyperstim though!

I have my last jab tomorrow & then go back on Wednesday to plan for the the EPU & pick up the trigger. EPU is locked in for Friday.

Tomorrow will be my ninth day of jabs. Yes, we will have a 5dt so that they have time to do the PGD testing - therefore our ET will be wednesday next week.

Thanks everyone for your warm welcomes! It will be nice to share experiences with people who truly understand.
Just out of interest - are there any girls from Perth on here?
We are doing an Antagonist cycle this time around with Gonal F 300 and Orgalutran 250.
Really looking forward to getting started but not so much to the ultrasound on CD2....ewww. Does any of your clinics do this too? My old one didn't so got a bit of a shock when the nurse told me today what was in store for me. The things we have to go through!

Annerley, that's fantastic. All 4 can be frozen. Wow.

Stellabella, welcome to the forum. We are here to support each other. Sorry you have to be here but hopefully not much longer. I didn't do us on cd2. My first us was on cd8. I only had 3 us in total before epu. Melb ivf also doesn't do blood test. I think monash ivf does. All clinics seem to be different.

Heartstringz, wow 15 follies. Good numbers. Are you able to jab yourself now? Hey it's only a few to go now

Hi booboo, I had a few wines last night(only 3) and had such a bad hangover today, threw up and all! I won't be drinking again anytime soon!

I have an apt with the FS on the 17th and I'm hoping to fit in an antagonist cycle in November. I can't fit in a long down cycle as the clinic closes over Xmas and we wouldn't fit it in. Hopefully she'll agree. I want to keep trying with the drugs still in my system, each time has gotten better results and we've probably only got another year or so of trying before my eggs disappear!
