We live in the middle of nowhere and have to do our shopping once a month, so i make up whole loaves full of sandwiches and freeze. Bakers Delight bread defrosts as good as fresh.

Afternoon before I make her sandwiches & cut ip her fresh fruit daily & once a month I will make mini quiches, sausages rolls, zucchini slice, cup cakes & Vegemite & cheese scrolls, & piklets & freeze them or whatever other things she fancies that freeze. I find I save heaps of $$ & time doing it this way.
