I have been told that putting deep heat on your feet and then some really thick warm socks works a treat. Make sure you put enough on and the socks have to be thick and warm. Not like thin ankle socks. It's got something to do with warming your core body temp. I'm waiting to get sick to try it lol

Mix 2tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar & a dash of cinnamon in hot water. Drink one 2-3 times a day.

Also mix 1tsp honey with 1/4 tsp cinnamon & eat it.

I was getting a cold and started doing both these for a few days and symptoms went away!

Olive leaf, sambucol and Cenovis cold and flu relief (herbal) are the staple cold fighters (and preventers) around here.

I've had 3 colds lately and I'm usually terrible at fighting them off but these ones I had heaps of vitamin c at least 300% RDI and they stayed mild and went in 2-3 days so this worked for me.
