First IVF/ICSI cycle for me too. We were doing it because of male factor. I have polycystic ovaries but ovulate normally & antinuclear antibodies which are managed through medication. I didn't do anything special, just followed the instructions from the FS & nurses. We were just really, really lucky & blessed.

2013 - this cycle I eliminated stress by taking the whole week after transfer off, acupuncture and convinced the fs to let me try clexane.

    Hey 2013isouryear
    What clinic are you at?
I just followed there instructions at the clinic and from FS I also listened to my body. I changed my diet didn't eat any processed foods a lot of just fruit, veg and meat. And also drank between 2-3 litres of water a day from when I started my needles. I have only just found out I am pregnant but I will still be following everything that I have been doing!
    Best of luck
