All settled into my kitchen. My consultant gave me a book of popular recipes she's collected as well. That make it easy to select tonights dinner ... chicken and cashews with coconut satay sauce.

Not much time to play as I had work and then take DS to dance but I made for dinner Chicken and cashews with coconut satay sauce and coconut rice. Absolutely delicious and will be a regular in this house.

I made my first soup in the thermie tonight, which was a success.

A minestrone soup that will be on future dinner rotation as DD loved it and it's got lots of veg and not just "hidden" veggies

What I got up to today...

Wanted to do way more, but I've been up since sparrow fart! Sooo tired!

Tomorrow I'm going to attempt tiger rolls, a savoury twist, LTM bars and tuna mornay all off recipe community.

DS is home sick today so no (paid) work, I guess I had better test out the thermomix.

A batch of chicken stock paste is brewing and I have vegies cut ready to make the vegetable soup.

Also going to make some breadrolls and butter today.

Hope your DS is feeling better soon! Let me know how your butter goes. I'm wanting to try it but I've heard it can be difficult to get the consistency right.

Late start for us. Better get this dough started.

    Enjoy your day peoples x
