    I make these brownies. http://www.recipecommunity.com.au/ba...-brownie/52185
    But without walnuts.
I've been thinking of using crunchie or maltesers in them instead of olain chocolate. Yummmmmmm

Made the most awesome Chicken & Barley Soup tonight. It was a big hit here I think I've redeemed myself as I've been cooking terrible this week.

Why do I even try and cook without the help of my TM - never again! I'm using my Thermi every day again from this day forward!!!!!!!

Have you tried the beef & zucchini meatballs yet? He really enjoys those as well. I added chopped spinach too for an extra vegetable boost. They freeze well (uncooked).
    Thanks

I tried them once and they turned out really runny and like slop! Basically not meatballs at all! What would I have done wrong?

Uummmm....no I did not!! Ok, so I'll try again then. I've always thought the whole 'squeeze zucchini' thing was over the top. It would appear there's a reason for it, ha ha!
