YES. This was a massive hit in my house!!! I cooked it in an Airfryer and both the husband and the toddler loved it! Was a bit hard to get the toddler to eat any veggies with it though - he kept asking for "more pok-pok (chicken)". Might make some mash or something easy to shovel into his mouth next time.

I'll try and report back as much as I can, especially because I think I'll be tweaking the Quirky recipes to make them more toddler friendly, and to use up what I actually have in the pantry. But I'm starting next week. Because my birthday is this week, and I have a good few days of feasting out with family and friends lined up...(because we all know that Birthday Week is the only week of the year other than Christmas-New Year where you can eat all the calories that you want and they don't count!!)

Definitely no calories in birthday cake Sycx!

I've got loads of recipe books, but usually end up googling for inspiration. I get quite a few recipes of the recipe community.

Definitely crispier than what I could have achieved in an oven! Next time I will use chunkier pieces and do them in smaller batches. My mistake was that I tried to make it too toddler-friendly and I cut the bits really small and did too much in one basket load. So a few bits stuck together and were a tad soggy where the bits got stuck. But aside from that, the airfryer did everything it was meant to!

(I loooooooove my airfryer. I use it a LOT. Anything that is crumbed goes in the airfryer.)

Apparently so! I haven't tried them myself. It's on my list of things to try very soon. My favourite veggies to cook in the airfryer are sweet potato fries, kale chips and roast pumpkin!

I think in honour of your birthday week you should make the brownies from the recipe community. @JR03 linked them a while ago. I'll have you know I've eaten many a brownie, and these are the best ones in the history of time.

FYI @Zombie_eyes - this is the first image that came up when I did a google search for 'carby god' (best phrase ever):
