    I made this for dinner last night and it was great. Really nice flavour and easy too. My chicken shredded but I didn't mind as it was easier for dd to eat

    Perhaps try cutting the chicken bigger if you don't want it to shred. Yummy even if it shreds though 😊

    My DD is making EDC chocolate cake as I type while I contemplate risotto recipes
    @Tamtam the first time I made them I did have hard yolks but I had done that thing where you boost the temp for a bit- I skipped that and they were velvety soft the next time.

    Yep... I'm going to do that and skip this boost. I think they would be super nice.

    I've just made red velvet cake and banana pikelets.
