    same! I've always thought I couldn't make pastry. . but them I'm like. .. how hard could it be!! After I made it for mini quiches I thought why would I buy frozen pastry again? This is way cheaper and super easy!

    Ok people, I need some inspiration...aka a massive kick up the a**. I'm not using my Thermy and getting really angry about how much money I wasted! Seriously considering selling, so please, stop me....

    I need some back to basic recipes please. I'm working full-time again, am a single mum with a 2.5 & 1yr old, so time poor. Please help!!!

    Atropos, I pretty much eat anything! It's really only the kids I need to be mindful of....got a semi fussy toddler and just turned 1 yr old (last week!). X
