    Yeah I did! It's on the recipe community - just called sugar free tomato paste I think. It's the one with a carrot, 1.5 kg of tomatoes, bay leves, olive oil and salt. It is really nice!

    Does anyone have there thermie on their insurance???? I was thinking today possibly it's not a bad idea.

    I used this but replaced the strawberries with mixed berries (frozen) Next time I'd skip the lemon but it was pretty good!

    I conquered my fear of making my own pastry this week!! Made some pasties that were thoroughly enjoyed by both the husband and the toddler.

    Got a sticky date pudding going at the moment, ready for some surprise guests who just called to say they were on their way!

    I conquered my pastry fears last week. .. made pastry for mini quiches and also sweet short crust for apple pie.

    You inspired me - after reading this last night I made some vegetarian pasties. I made the shortcrust pastry from the edc and it was great. First time I'd made pastry so I'm feeling pretty happy with myself. Mind you the pasties are pretty ugly but they taste good.
