As for muesli bars I make these for my kids lunch boxes. I wrap them up and keep them in the fridge and my DH always gets stuck into them! You could chuck some choc chips through them to make them even more yummy!

Just having a think, anyone have any good muffin or slice recipes for the TM that freeze well? He'd probably prefer that to muesli bars. Then I could adjust them to make them secretly more healthy!

(He is worse than kids. I also have to sneak any spice in food as he is scared of hot food. So we don't have chilli con carne - we have beans and rice )

Lol men can be so hard to please! The muesli bars are actually pretty good. I use all dried dates to make it sweeter and you could melt some chocolate and put it on top of them.

You gotta try the magic bean cake. It's healthy but sooo good! Just dont tell your DH what's in it lol.

I'm sure there are heaps of good slice recipes on the community. I 99% of the time only make 'healthy' recipes so might not be of much help!

Fertile - are those muesli bars soft? If not, does anyone have a recipe for one?

DS1 is still lacking back teeth, so he doesn't like anything too hard. Firm is ok, just not crunchy.

Yeah they are quite soft but you need to add the apple to achieve that. If you leave the apple out they will be crunchy.

I have a good LCM style recipe which might good for DS. Ill look for the link
