Agreed. That's the only bolognese we do now. Also has heaps of veg in so I'm happy for DS to eat it.

Does anyone know if it's worth buying the new EDC, if you have the old one? They have them on special at the moment.

ETA: Just saw the above post. Still curious if it's worth buying

I'm not bothering. I tend to Google or use another couple of recipe books more anyway. I've heard there are very minor changes to a few recipes only.

Tamtam, I'm the same as others. Quirky Jo's bog is so much better. The EDC one was awful quite frankly!

I'll have to try it. It even looked gross. Dh convinced me to try it in thermie.. and I had a bit of mince leftover. . so I quickly made my version of it and had that! But have dh thermie version!!! Lol.

Hi all, did anyone see that they're offering to upgrade from old EDC to new for $25? Wondering what the differences are between the two, if anyone could shed any light? TIA x

I got my new EDC this week and love it, I kept my old one too. There are quite a few new recipes in it and they've re-jigged a lot of the old ones. I'm also loving that it has nutritional info for each recipe now. Worth it for the $25 IMO.
