So I did my usual bread (the everyday bread recipe from the rc) and added some chia seeds. This bread didn't go as fluffy or rise as much as usual. Is this due to the seeds?? I didn't like it like I normally do.

I usually do 2 teaspoons. Maybe 2 tablespoons was too much?

Teaspoons seemed like such a little amount for a big loaf. But I'll try it next time. The bread was nice. . still edible but just not as good. Maybe it was the weather/humidity

I made this recipe tonight and it is really nice:

    http://www.simplythermomix.blogspot....thermomix.html

I doubled the rice and added chicken with mine and just used all of my favourite 'fried rice' style veggies. Next time I'm going to add some chopped up omelette too. I think it would be lovely with some steamed fish also...

Does anyone have a good mayo recipe? I made the one from the EDC but I'd prefer one with more zing...
