    Yum!!! I want enchiladas now.

I think the red sauce would make it nice. I stuffed it with sundries toms too. I think I just found it too 'meaty?... lol

I want to make these poached chicken balls for my dd... see recipe. How do I poach in it? What temperature do I put it on and how much stock? I'm just not sure how to convert recipe from normal to thermomix!
Ps.. I think I I can do the recipe in thermie but not sure on the cooking bit.

Has anyone made sorbet in smaller quantities than recipes dictate? Is it as simple as halving everything?

I'm making the strawberry, coconut & line sorbet tonight. There's no way I need the 2l it makes, nor do I have room in my freezer for leftovers!

Made the pumpkin couscous from the baby and toddler book tonight for the kids as DH and I are having pizza when the kids are asleep (anniversary - how romantic), and neither kid liked it! I , however, thought it was delicious and ate heaps.
