If you like healthy icecreams- try this:-
freeze 3-4 ripe bananas, freeze 1/4 can of coconut cream. (I pre sliced banana)
put in thermie, add 1/2 to 1 tbsp honey- blitz increasing speed to 8 until thick and creamy. Serve.

I can't stand banana- but ds prefers it to normal icecream now and dh has been sneaking seconds.

    Oh yum!! Recipe??

I really need to start using my thermo properly.

I'm put off cooking meals in it as so far I have had more disasters than anything.

Are you ready for it? Frozen banana and a sprinkle of milo - that's it for this one! Ha ha

I've also made it with frozen banana, coconut milk and crushed nuts. Yummo!

    Yep sorry, should have elaborated!

Tonight I used 200g chopped frozen banana & 3tsp milo (served 2). Turned it up slowly to speed 8 for 10secs. Quick scrape down sides, repeat. That's it!

FYI - at the start, it will look crumbly. All of a sudden you will hear the difference in the blades, and it will be beautifully creamy. So make sure you keep it going until you hear/see that change.
