I made the beef & zucchini meatballs today from the Baby & Toddler book. I'm disappointed....they fell apart while cooking and really aren't that tasty. I managed to save some and cooked those up with some pasta sauce at least.

Has anyone else tried these? Maybe I did something wrong.

Tamtam yay! You will wonder how you survived without one 😄 I think there's a thread on what people made first in their thermies maybe have a look. Otherwise I made risotto first as I had been craving it for months but with a newborn it was just too labour intensive to manage lol
I cannot wait to make risotto...I too don't have time with a 10 month old clip on koala... And my dd loves risotto. I'm a bit nervous about the expense.

Risottos are great Tamtam! So many varieties and very easy. Also try:-

    - custard
    - banana ice-cream
    - sorbet/fruity dream
    - mashed potato!! You'll never eat it the old fashioned way again.

Just a few easy & fun ones to get you started

So excited. I liked the custard when it was fresh at the demo.. but hated it later when it had been in the fridge. Can't wait to make sorbet
