I was blitzing some veg for purée for DD, you know how sometimes the chunks at the top just need a quick poke ? Silly me, wasn't thinking straight. Anyway in about 0.3 of a second I had puréed spoon! Had to chuck it all out but at least it was just vegies and not the salmon and broccoli one I had just made!!

Yep plain flour will work. I know she suggests using part whole meal part white spelt but I have found that when using part wholemeal it just doesn't work out. Also make sure your dough I quite sticky too.

Yep they are super easy to make too! Quirky cooking has a video on her blog showing you how to make them. I make them pretty often now but I have definitely gotten better since the first few times. At first they were kinda crunchy as I didn't make my dough wet enough and cooked them for too long.
