In my bid to try new recipes, I made the Banana, Honey & Hazelnut bread in the Baby & Toddler cookbook. But to make it suitable for my 11 month old, I left out all of the nuts and honey and added an extra 15g of sugar. Really pleased with how it turned out - not sure who likes it more, bub or the husband. I can highly recommend this recipe!!

Me too, I'm trying to branch out and cook new things. I'm a bit guilty of feeding my 11 month old the same things day in, day out. Let me know if any of the other recipes are gems! (The ricotta pancakes in there are awesome. I've made them savory by omitting the sugar and adding grated veggies).
