    I love this thread!!

I have to admit that I am stuck on soups and risotto for main meals, but am looking forward to browsing through some of your ideas.

Currently have a purée of apple, pear, banana and strawberry going.

Haven't made as much as some of you ladies but along with my normal porridge, I've made those rolls (the no fuss plain white rolls) and going to do yogurt later.

DH loves the rolls, they turned out like dinner rolls, so will try and shape them a bit different tomorrow to use them for DH's lunch.

Also made my second batch of cinnamon scrolls yesterday - DH loved having then for lunch so I think I'll bee keeping that one up. Also bought the ingredients for the cherry ripe slice so will try that later in the week.

How did your lemon butter go? I was really happy with the batch I made recently. It is so easy in the thermie!

Babycakes, I've frozen the lactation cookies as a log and they work a treat. If you plan on b/f that could be a good one since you're UTD? Even if you don't b/f they are still delish!!
They are really nice! I used this recipe-

But reduced the sugar to 150g and substituted maple syrup for honey

I don't think I've ever done so much with it in one day! That was about 3-3.5 hours work
