    I'm making chicken bacon and mushroom risotto. My kids eat this everytime without fail.

    Happy girl no I don't.....can't decide whether I should get it or not......

    Fertilemertile ds won't eat rice....and is basically a carnivore......I have to hide his veggies

    Ok, so I tried the 'bestest bread rolls' today - they weren't the bestest

    They are quite heavy/dense and not fluffy at all. I actually had the dough proving for about 1.5hrs as I had to go out suddenly. Would this have caused the issue? Otherwise I followed the recipe exactly.

    I've never had a bad roll. I buy my bread flour from a specialty shop.
    I think good flour is the key.

    I use the wallaby bakers flour from woolies and every roll has been dense like a damper and crap as.

    Where can i get good flour from?

    Made beef risotto tonight. Yum! The boys didnt like it but hubs and i dug it!
