Loco- made the pancakes twice. getting used to the ricotta flavour. DS doesn't mind it at all which is great. Just finished eating some we hid blended (peeled) zucchini in. Didn't affect the taste too much. Ds ate them with maple syrup good way to hide veggies.
Satay sauce worked well. Unfortunately I'm sick and feeling uninspired. Not sure what's for dinner. Maybe carbonara and veggies/pasta

Has anyone made a lemon barley cordial? Or have a recipe (even if non thermy?). Being lazy and asking here instead of checking the forum!

at the varoma cooking class Sunday they talked about breads- one of the local consultants is a baker. She recommends doubling the proving time for breads as it makes a lighter loaf. Her pumpkin bread and gluten free loaf were fabulous. I haven't tried bread yet- but maybe that helps you.

I did a savory variation tonight - omitted the sugar and added some grated pumpkin, carrot and corn and a wee bit of cheese. Made them into little bite sized ones for my 11 monther - loved them! Am now fending off my husband pinching them straight out of the pan while I make to freeze.
