    Making the vegie stock now.

Dinner... Lol im gonna make hamburger buns, lamb and feta patties to put on them with avo tomato and sauteed onion.

Ooooo noice! Your dinner sounds yummy! Are you mincing your own meat? One of things I love about the thermy is being able to do that. You just never know what's in store bought mince. Are gonna try making the pastry for the sausage rolls? I have made it a few times and always works out awesome but since going dairy and wheat free havent made it due to my own selfish reasons lol I hate making stuff I can't eat lol

I've steamed some drumsticks in the varoma, reserving the water for stock. Now using the left over spicy BBQ sauce with added peanut butter and spices to make satay sauce with it. I'm trying not to waste. Will let u know how it goes. Smells good.we are eating it with rice and steamed veggies.

Varoma cooking class today was fun. Meatloaf was fantastic.

I just made these using gf flour (white wings) and they are amazing! Light and slightly crumbly. Different to the original version but just as good, maybe better.

What sort of flour did you use? I found last time they needed a bit of extra proving time.
